Tournament format

1. In the qualifying group, the order is determined as follows, and the first place in each group is Cup tournament,
2nd place is the Plate tournament and 3rd place is the Bowl tournament.
(1) Points for the game result are set as 3 points for winning, 1 point for draw, and 0 points for losing.
(2) The team with the most points in the group is ranked higher.
(3) Among teams with the same points, the team with the highest total score is ranked higher.
(4) Among teams with the same total score, teams with a lower total score are ranked higher.
(5) If the ranking cannot be determined as above, the team that won the janken will be ranked higher.

2. In Cup / Plate / Bowl tournaments, Semi winners advance to Final and losers advance to 3rd place.
Winning or losing each game will be decided as follows.
(1) The team with the most points will win.
(2) If there is a tie, win the team with the most trials.
(3) If the number of trials is the same as a draw, the team with the most conversions will win.

If the above item does not win or lose.
(4-1) Semi at Cup / Plate / Bowl tournament;
[1] Jangken between the teams.

(4-2) Final ranking battle (Final and 3rd battle) in Cup / Plate / Bowl tournaments;
[1] Extended Sudden Death game for 7 minutes.
[2] If winning or losing is not determined above, the teams will be jangken.

Eligibility

This tournament will be made up mainly of adult male participants, and player safety will be considered first.
1. A boy who is 18 years of age or older. (Nationality does not matter)
2. Are you stationed in Asia (including long-term business trips / regardless of duration / days), studying abroad, or living
Those who have rugby experience in the past.
3. Although not applicable to the previous paragraph 2, with the past participating teams who agreed to AJRC and promised to comply with this competition rule

4. Must have overseas accident insurance.
5. Player registration for AJRC2019 Jakarta competition.

1. Follow the WORLD RUGBY (WR) rules (with “change suitable for 10-person”) except as specified below.

2. The match time for the qualifying group game is 10 minutes x 1 and the match time for the Cup / Plate / Bowl tournament is 7 minutes x 2 (half break 2 minutes). In principle, there will be no injury time, but if you have stopped for a long time due to injury, etc., the referee’s judgment will be followed.

3. At the start of the game, in the qualifying group game, the team’s left-right position in the attached schedule will be the same as the left-right position when looking at the ground from the secretariat tent on the ground. Kick off by the “left” team. The second half is the opposite of the first half for both the base and kickoff team.

In addition, in all Cup / Plate matches and in the final decision game, the previous game
The base / kick-off is decided at the coin toss in front of the secretariat tent at half-time.

4. Player substitution during the game is free. Once a player has changed the pitch, the player can play again.

5. Replacement / replacement of athletes must be ball dead and approved by the Assistant Referee (AR).

6. Temporary exit time with a yellow card is 2 minutes (half time is not counted).
The player who receives the second yellow card on the day of the tournament will be withdrawn at that time.
The second yellow card and the player who has been withdrawn with the red card will not be allowed to participate in the games after that day.

7. The event secretariat shall make a final decision in the event that a matter not specified in the above rules occurs.
